Production Cups

We produce the Cups in our own factory in Zehdenick, north of Berlin.
The uppers of the Cups are made from several pattern pieces that are joined together by a seam on the bottom. Then the uppers are lasted and thereby get their three-dimensional shape. Afterwards the rubber soles are stitched to the Cups using a thick yarn.

Finally, the ergonomic footbed is inserted into the shoes. This pre-moulded insole made from the leather usually used for leather soles forms the skeleton of the shoes. With their elegant combination of ergonomic fit, modern look and a spectacularly light wearing sensation, the Cups present a responsible alternative to the trainers common nowadays.
