The Trippen flagship store combines in its interior design simple modernity with traditional handcraft. Undulating white walls and post-modern lighting are juxtaposed with handmade terracotta tiles and antique wooden stools. Through the use of walkways and mirrors the shop achieves a dynamic spaciousness. The Trippen shop is located in the Hackesche Höfe, one of Berlin's oldest and most beautiful series of courtyards in the old centre of the city. Berlin-Mitte is now the established location for young and innovative art, clubbing and shopping. Probably one of the most interesting streets for appreciating the very best of what modern urban life has to offer is the Alte Schönhauser Strasse. Located here in the middle of the Berlin designer scene is the Trippen Gallery. This location is important to us as a place to show smaller, independent collections and as a forum for new developments. |
Our shop in Prenzlauer Berg is located opposite the historical Wasserturm (water tower) in the Knaackstrasse. Here we present highlights of the current collection in the latest seasonal colours and our Trippen Kids collection. In 2007, we opened a single brand store in the Belgian Quarter in Cologne, one of the liveliest and most creative parts of town. In 2008 we celebrated the opening of a Trippen store in Heidelberg’s picturesque Old Town. In 2009 opened another Trippen store in the Villa Belriguardo in Kleve. In addition to the five Trippen stores in Germany and partner stores in Germany, Great Britain, Israel, Taiwan and Japan, over 450 other stores worldwide stock Trippen shoes. |
