AW25/26 - IN THE FLOW

As Lavoisier’s Law of Conservation of Mass declares:

“Nothing is created, nothing is destroyed, everything is transformed.”

This timeless truth governs not only our planet and its natural ecosystemsbut everything humanity has imagined, crafted, and built.
Water embodies this principle of transformation more vividly than any other element. It shifts seamlessly between states: vapour, liquid, ice.
The second most abundant material on Earth after rock, water flows around us and sustains life within us. Comprising 60% of the human body, it is a universal constant.
From physics to philosophy, water reflects life itself – a metaphor for change and continuity, adaptability and resilience. It symbolises the endless connection
between all things, a reminder that existence is a perpetual cycle.

Bruce Lee invoked water’s fluidity with his legendary words on resilience:

“Be formless, shapeless – like water. You put water in a cup, it becomes the
cup; you put water in a bottle, it becomes the bottle; you put it in a teapot, it
becomes the teapot. Water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.”

This shapeshifting image inspires Trippen’s AW25/26 collection, In the Flow. As we move between seasons, flexibility is our compass; an invitation
to adapt, evolve, and move with life’s currents. Fashion, like water, flows through time, shaped by cycles of renewal.

Its impact endures, leaving a material and cultural imprint. Amid its rapid streams, transparency remains our steadfast value.
We recommit to renewal, to environmental harmony, and to forging paths without limit, as
water does – unwavering and transformative.
